Dr. Axelson is a Minnesota native. She completed her pre-optometry studies at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She received her optometry degree at the Illinois College of Optometry. She is committed to providing high quality eye care to patients of all ages.

Dr. Axelson and her husband, David, live in St. Paul and have two young children. She enjoys gardening, running, and spending time with family.
